To show off your work, Rimmix may publish your content in a printed book while your content remains on the site.

You grant rimmix non-exclusive rights to your non private content, which includes but not limited to your profile photo, display name and story text, for commercial, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes. You may revoke this at any time by deleting your content from the site with the exception that the content has not been printed on paper or in a book already.

We reserve the right to alter service, functionality at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

We reserve the right to deny anyone service or remove content at our sole discretion, especially content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, harmful, defamatory or obscene.

Storage

The amount of storage space and bandwidth per member may be limited depending on your membership. Accounts may be archived, or materials may be purged at such time intervals as Dreamartist Films or its third party service provider(s) determine in their sole discretion. Some materials may not be stored, served or processed due to space constraints, serving/bandwidth limitations or disruptions in the system(s). You agree that Dreamartist Films is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store, serve or process any materials or other information nor hold us liable for disruption of the service. We recommend always keeping archives of your material on your local hard drive.

You should realize that all of content submitted is publicly available on the web. Do not add information, material or content you do not want anyone else to see. Although we go through great lengths to secure your personal information such as email and password, we will not be held liable if anyone accesses your content or private data when done in a manner beyond our control.

Accounts may be terminated at anytime at our discretion or if you violate these terms of service. In the event of a suspension or deletion of an account, materials may no longer be accessible. Certain features may be completely altered or disabled upon the next version of this site.

Rules of Conduct

As a condition to using this Website you shall not upload, download, post, submit or facilitate the distribution of any content that:

Users who are not students or instructors at such institutions officially signed up to use Rimmix services may be allowed to use these services at our sole discretion.

Since we cannot review all submissions to the site, we are not responsible for the content uploaded by users.

We will not be held liable for content generated by users in any manner whatsoever.

We have the right to remove content that violates these terms of service as well as delete accounts and remove associated content at our discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the services. If you are to integrate embedded video into your channel that is hosted elsewhere, you are responsible to read the terms of service of the web site that hosts your video to ensure you are using the video appropriately.

Disclaimer Dreamartist Films and its service providers are not responsible for any defects or failures associated with the Services, including, without limitation, the email service, or any damages (such as lost profits or other consequential damages) that may result from any such defects or failures.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dreamartist Films, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Website; (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (iii) your violation of the terms which apply to your User Submission; (iv) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy right; or (v) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website.
